We had an idea of which vehicle would best fit our needs but we were wrong, our amazing sales person Kate Gagnon encouraged us to drive the S4 and my husband and I feel in love with the car. It had the sport and comfort modes we both needed in one car. If it wasn't for Kate's ability to listen to our needs we might have purchased a car that one of us would be unhappy. I want to drive everything on the lot before I make a decision. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me through my 4 weeks of "shopping". We ordered a S5 Sportback in August and we took delivery on 12/11. I LOVE IT!! He'll most likely see us sooner rather than later for another Q7! More
