And I keep coming back because of the outstanding service provided by Bobby in the service dept. I couldn't ask for more. Appointments are easy and he always has a new loaner car ready for me so I'm never inconvenienced or waiting around. And service is always completed on time and my car is returned clean as new. I will never buy anywhere else as long as Bobby and the service dept keeps performing this great. 👍🏼😊 More
Distasteful experience ppointed with the service and treatment of our situation by the service manager at Audi Nashville. Long story short, we were vacationing in Nashville ppointed with the service and treatment of our situation by the service manager at Audi Nashville. Long story short, we were vacationing in Nashville when our Audi broke down so we had it towed to Audi Nashville. The next morning after some confusion we receive a call stating that there's nothing wrong with the car. They drove it. Couldn't replicate the problem so they "cleared the codes", we paid the diagnostic fee and we were all fixed up. Two days later, on our way home the car breaks down again. Exactly replicating the problem that had it towed in the first place. On our trip home the car lost power at least 30 times resulting in having to be towed again to our dealership at home. Our Audi checks it out and reads from the same code that previously came on, fuel pump was bad. Our service manager was stunned that Audi Nashville did not see this and we've come to the conclusion that they wanted us out of their hair. I called to explain the situation to the service manager (I believe his name is Bryan) and was told that he would give me a call back. He never called. So I called again, and the conversation basically went like this, "you're telling us we didn't do our job and you're wrong." I asked him to find out what codes were shown that they cleared and he said he would call me back. No call. We thought it fair to receive a refund for the diagnostic fee seeing as they didn't locate or fix the problem resulting in a very terrible experience. This is the type of customer care you can expect from Audi Nashville. I would like to add that we previously purchased an Audi Q7 from Audi Nashville and the experience was pleasant but will never do business again with this dealership. More

Exceptional buying experience I had a purchase lined up out of state and saw that Nashville had a similar S5 Cabriolet. Disappointing Experience in regards to internet sales I contacted the Audi dealership through its customer contact form on its website. The salesman prompt;y called and left a message. I returned his call a few hours later and specifically asked if the car was still available and asked if it was on his lot. This dealership is part of the Sonic Motor Group so I wanted to be sure the car was physically there and not someone else. I made an appointment to test drive the car as soon as I could get there. I explained to the salesman that I lived about an hour and a half away depending on traffic. We made an appointment, and he specifically said he'd have the car in the front of the dealership by the time we arrived. While I was driving to the dealership, the salesman called my home and told me the car was sold. When I arrived the salesman informed me the car had sold the day before. After I drove home, I decided to call the general manager to let him know about my experience. He stated the car was sold while I was driving there. At that point, I asked him if customers who had called and were on the way would be given the courtesy of the car being held for them. He told me no, cars could not be held even if you were on the way to the dealership. I then asked why his salespeople did not give the caveat that a car could be sold while you were on the way to the appointment. This seems totally counterproductive to internet advertising and sales. He then mentioned something about turnover and sixty days. During the conversation, he did offer to try to find the right car for me at the right price which made me realize he didn'tt understand why I had called him. The conversation went south from there. He hastily said "bye" and hung up. He then called back a few minutes later asking me for my physical address to send a gas card for my trouble. I declined. More
