Only issue I had was after I was notified by service center that my car was ready for pick up. At lunchtime I ran over - although service was completed, my car was still being washed and cleaned. The delay in picking up got me back a bit later to my office and resulted in being late for a meeting. Would like to get the call only when the car is truly ready so I don't lose time or have to wait upon arrival. More

He quickly accessed a manger and the charges were removed from the bill without hesitation and with a sincere apology. A model for all of us! More

To have my 2012 Audi A4 fix I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were already waiting for me with a car loaner. The whole thing took about 6 minutes and I was already in my way back home. The courtesy that I was treated with was very professional. The best, I will say. Ben, from the service department, took care of my issue from the beginning to the end in a very professional manner and my car was there for almost three days and he took the time to called me once a day to keep me inform of the status on my car. Very please with the service provided it. Thank you very much to Audi Natick especially Ben. More
