As someone who wouldn't be a repeat customer, it was beyond clear that I wasn't a priority. I reached out to Ross Kowalic at Audi Natick whom I have worked with frequently in the past. I even had him on a conference call with the Service Manager at the other dealership - which I am confident taught that Service Manager a thing or two about how his job is supposed to be done. Audicare eventually towed my car back to Audi Natick as the other dealership believed the car needed a rare and extremely expensive part from Germany that would take 10+ days to arrive. Once the car was at Audi Natick under Ross' care, I could relax. A loaner was available if I needed it and I was kept informed daily or twice daily. In the end, after only 3-4 days and a fraction of the expense, they discovered a much smaller issue and resolved it. I was thrilled. Ross was supportive, professional and a pleasure to work with. His high-quality customer service turned a terrible experience into a positive one. More
