When I first reviewed the previous entries, I was a bit concerned about taking my A8 in for routine service. I am a recent transplant from DC and Bernardi was close by. I have to tell you, I've never had concerned about taking my A8 in for routine service. I am a recent transplant from DC and Bernardi was close by. I have to tell you, I've never had a better car dealership experience in my life. I have owned a handful of luxury brand cars and I love my A8. My recent visit was spectacular. The Service Manager, Christine was extremely knowledgable about the brand and actually cared (she thanked me for coming in and asked if the advisor answered all of my questions). My advisor George was very professional and communicated with me the whole step of the way. They had the car for a day and I was given an Audi loaner even though I didn't buy my car from them. Every employee that I encountered was polite and extremely nice - George was busy on the phone when I arrived for my car but Kevin was more than happy to help me. These days we all forget (even in my business) that the people are the greatest asset. Bernardi has figured that out. They have this saying "Bernardi for now and Bernardi for Life". So far they got me. Well done. More

Reading some of the other reviews was alarming. However my first experience with Bernardi Audi was exceptional. Kevin in service was responsive and friendly. He readily sought information that wasn't readily clear on the work report. Colleen was very helpful in getting me in quick to fix the car. I brought my barely still under warranty Allroad in to fix oil leaks. They went the extra mile to make sure they found any and all leaks. There were three pages of notes, all at no charge. Then they picked up cost of the rental car that I had already agreed to pay for since they had kept the car for two days. Waiting area was great, especially the high-end hot chocolate. More
Steve Ross is great, friendly and easy to work with, he always gets back to me. I can always get appointments when I need them, even at the last minute. I am on my 2nd A4 - Just had a 15,000 mile check. I found that the dealership continues to provide excellent service in a friendly environment. I am coming off a 2 year lease on my A4 and I have never dealt with a better dealership than Bernardi. I will be leasing my next vehicle from them. I got a great deal on my car and the service I've receiv dealt with a better dealership than Bernardi. I will be leasing my next vehicle from them. I am a pretty demanding customer and I have always had the impression that they were going out of their way to make sure I stay happy. I highly recommend this dealership. More

One guy wrote Hezend switch instead of Hazard switch. 3. Though my window regulator had broker they said I need to get the motor and the regulator replaced which would cost me $875. But then I ordered the part online for $105 and fixed it myself. 4. During my car service, they never bothered to look at a. Coolant. (I had it below the min level and they did not top-off) b. Washel fluid. c. Door hinges were not lubricated. d. Transmission fluid were supposed to be inspected. But they never did. e. I had a complementary wash and vacuum. But they never did that. All said, I would not recommend this dealer at all. More

I cannot say the same for audi financial which managed to screw up EVERY lease I had including charging me for a car AND service were all excellent. Made an appointment and dropped off the car to have the oil changed, the radio taken out of SAFE mode, and an aircoditioning issue looked at. No problems with the oil change. Even though the Radio had p oil changed, the radio taken out of SAFE mode, and an aircoditioning issue looked at. No problems with the oil change. Even though the Radio had previously been locked out and replaced, they said that the Radio needed replacing again - OUT of warrantee. Filed a request/complaint with AOA - AOA says that it's applicable under the Financial Assistance program, but final decision rested on the dealer. Apparently there's confusion between the two as to the process. No decision was ever made. The lead technician finally was able to reset the radio. During the summer, my AC system overpressurized and blew an o-ring. Bernardi rep says the AC compressor ate itself and took out the AC controller. No enviornmentals, No seat heaters and apparently No Mirror heater or controls. $1000 to replace the AC head unit, $600 for the AC compressor. They replaced the AC head unit - No Change - Swapped back in old unit. Car sat apart for 7 days while the sales manager ignored my calls and ignored my instructions to diagnose it further. She wanted me to sign off on $4000 of "Investigative troubleshooting" to find out what the problem was. In the end, they basically change the oil and reset the radio. Got the car back with other electrical issues like windows that won't auto-raise, alarm when lights were left on turned off, and a front end that wasn't correcly re-installed. To be completely honest, they did find and repair an issue with the cooling fans. A thoughroughly frustrating experience. More
