In my pursuit of a new Q5, I contacted over 15 AUDI dealerships in the northeast (NJ, NY, CT and Mass). My situation was somewhat unique because I had a trade-in which I owed more money on, then the ca dealerships in the northeast (NJ, NY, CT and Mass). Most dealerships were offering decent offers on the trade in, with solid offers on the new car. It was a long 3-4 week process for me and in some instances I exchanged up to 50 emails with dealerships trying to get down payments before I even saw the car! Not the case with Bernardi. When I contacted Bernardi, I was assigned Fabio De Oliveira as my sales consultant. The car he was offering, was fully loaded with premium plus, navigation, 19'' wheels, bang & olufsen sound system, etc. and I thought there was no way I could afford it due to the extra ad-ons. In an effort to win my business, Fabio simply asked for me to come in and give them a chance. Well, once I got to the dealership, he offered me the best value for my trade right off the bat while selling me a car at the most competitive price. His customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process, remaining professional and friendly even in the most enduring of circumstances (I have a two year old son who was running crazy throughout the dealership). I gave Fabio a chance and it paid off. In the end, Fabio EXCEEDED my expectations and I leased that car from him. His delivery was nothing short of perfect. Full tank, detailed, and hooked up all our equipment. Ultimately I got the car I was looking + all the extras and for the best price. I took my wife's car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and, having been so impressed with their service department, ended up buying a fantastic pre-owned S4 for myself. They gave me blue book value for my trade and I got my new car at a very fair price. Mark was fantastic in going over the vehicle's (many) features and flawlessly preparing the paperwork. I left with a nicely detailed car which looks brand new, a full tank of gas, and a big smile. I am convinced these guys will do whatever it takes to earn your business and trust. More

I am a long time customer. I stopped by today and had a 'wow' experience. One of my Audi A4 keys died. Without an appointment, I stopped by today. I was immediately assisted by an associate located just 'wow' experience. One of my Audi A4 keys died. Without an appointment, I stopped by today. I was immediately assisted by an associate located just inside the door. I asked if he could help me out with the key. He walked me over to the parts desk for a new battery. The gentleman at the parts desk waited on me, generously handing me a complementary new battery. I walked back to the original area. The associate took the new battery, replaced the old battery and synced it up with the car. I went to reach for my credit card but the associate said there was no charge. The total time elapsed from the time I arrived could not have been more than 5 minutes. Unbelievable! And everyone went out of their way to help me out in the most professional way. And then to be told there was no charge - how could the experience be any better! The Audi service team truly blew me away! You just don't find that kind of service anywhere. More

I had my first expierence buying a certified pre-owned car. I met Jon and he was not aggressive, easy to work with and helped my find the car that was a good fit for me and my price range.
