Great service as usual. Car was towed in at 7:30PM due to delayed response from Audi Roadside Assistance, more on them at the end of this text. Service was closed so Kevin gave me a brand new 09 A4 as a loaner. I almost wanted to keep it over my older A6, they are nice! When I picked up my car it looked great. They had done more than the typical quick wash of the car and had cleaned the door jams and cleaned all rugs thoroughly the same way I do it myself in the summer when it's more than 10 degrees out.... Not included in the ratings above, but related was roadside asistance. They were wildly innacurate on both the ETA of the flatbed, my cell number was not passed through to the driver and the estimated mileage to the dealer was 28 miles but was actually 45. I expected to pay for 3 miles over the limit, but it was 20! More
I would like to give praise to bernardi audi as it is rare to find a dealer or business of any kind for that matter that work as hard to please the customer as this one. When i pulled into the service drive, I was greeted at the service drive by kevin greene. I was only in for an oil change and a wash (which I had planned on waiting for) but upon doing his walk around inspection of my A4 he noticed that I had a bubble in my right front tire...I am glad he caught it! Before I could even become stressed out about how long this would take to fix, thereby throwing off my schedule for the whole day, Kevin offered me a loaner car so I could go about my business for the rest of the afternoon. When I returned to pick up my car, Kevin greeted me again, walked me through the bill, told me what i might expect as far is service in the future, and walked me out to my car. This was probably the most personable service I have ever gotten. If your home or office is remotely close to Natick and you own an Audi, go to Bernardi Audi for service! More
On a recent visit to Bernardi Audi I dropped off my wife's Audi for routine service. I was given a loaner car for the day as the service needed was going to take a few hours. I dropped off the loaner car to my wife at her job, (Manager, Food Service Framingham State College), and she returned the loaner that evening around 6:00 PM. She later reaklized that she had left a Money bag from the College, some cleaning, and other personal items in the loaner car. I called in the morning to find that the service people had found everything and had set it aside for us to pick up that day. Needless to say my wife was quite relieved to get the money bag back. This was just verification to me that all aspects of the Bernardi dealership are run with absolute courtesy, honesty, and efficiency. We have been a client of thier's for years and highly recommend them to anyone considering using them. More

My Fiancee and I brought our A4 here when the shifter broke and wouldn't go into gear. Originally, we were told that they already had the parts needed to make the repairs in stock before we brought the c broke and wouldn't go into gear. That was on a Friday so they gave us a free car rental for the weekend and told us that the car would be done by Monday. Monday rolls around and we're told that a circuit board for the Shiftronic needed to be replaced... Why weren't we told about this when during the original diagnosis of what was wrong with the car? Then we're told the car would me done the next day. Tuesday comes and we don't get a call so we call them and at first we're told the car might not be done AGAIN. So, I get on the phone and start asking questions... Within minutes of being told the car wont be done until tomorrow, I'm told the car will be done "Today by 4". Fast turnaround, how odd. We we're told that the car would be $1,400... after we get the call around 3:30 that the car is done we head over there and deal with Chris because Kevin (Who was the only pleasant experience of this entire dealing with Bernardi)is out. Chris pulls up the bill and it's $1,800. We're a little confused with the $400 jump(with the economy these days- $400 is far from pocket change) so we ask him to explain the bill completely. There are 7 labor hours which can't be broken down for us and told exactly what was happening with the car. However, he does tell us that it took so long because they had to move the lower part of the tranny which WE HAD ALREADY BEEN TOLD WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE TO BE MOVED AND HADN'T BEEN!!! Everyone's polite at Bernardi until you start asking questions. Chris was completely condescending towards me and opted after a few minutes to communicate solely with my Fiancee and just brushed me off. The customer service was less that desirable. We originally left with the rental intending to come back the next day and get an actual thorough explanation but circled back deciding to just pay the $1,800 not wanting to have to deal with Bernadi any further. Dishonesty and a bad attitude seemed to be the name of this game. Not a good experience at all. More
This dealership continues to amaze me with its service department. I brought my A4 in last week for maintenance and the windshield had to be replaced It also needed an inspection. When it turned out the windshield would take longer than expected they let me just keep the loaner car for nearly a week rather than have to drive all the way back to the store. Chris also went out of his way to keep me informed on the progress of my car. I have always found that I never need to call to get status updates with this dealership- they are extremely proactive about letting me know when I can expect to get my car back. When I went to pick it up yesterday it turned out they didn't have a chance to do the inspection so they did it while I was there. This wasn't a big deal and the delay was only about ten minutes. However, Christine (I think she is the Service Manager) overheard that my inspection was delayed and immediately removed the charge for the inspection from my bill. Keep in mind I didn't ask for that and I wasn't even remotely upset with the delay. This is a fantastic store that has consistently given me great service over the course of the two A4s I have bought from them. I continue to highly recommend them. More
They lied to me and wasted my time. I contacted them by phone for a quote on a 2009 Audi A4 specifying the color and options I wanted. They said they had this car on the lot, with some extra options they would give me "for free." They quoted me a very competitive price and said they would take my 2004 Audi in trade for $13,000. I confirmed this in an e-mail and Steve Shenouda, Manager, replied that he and his manager, TJ LaPlante, were in agreement with these terms and that there would be no further fees and "no surprises" if I came in to sign the deal. He promised not to waste my time. I went in with my checkbook to get the car and they then told me that 1) my 2004 wasn't worth $13,000 and added $700 to my new car price. 2) They then added back the destination charge of $825, 3) then added a "dock" charge of $294.75 that they said all dealers charge (they don't) and then told me 4) that I couldn't have the car I wanted with the "free" additional options because those options were costing them money. They added $1800 to the previously agreed-upon terms!!!! I walked out. Inskip Audi in Warwick RI made good on their same promise to sell me the A4 at the very same agreed-upon price. Mark Walker at Inskip is an honest and straightforward guy, no game-playing, and Inskip will meet or beat any quoted price. Don't waste your time with the sleazebags at Bernardi unless you want to pay them the price they demand and will lie to get. More
I bought a car from out of state. The folks at this dealer were very straightforward on pricing and outstanding on delivery (they drove the car 3.5 hours to delivery it to me). The service department as a whole, especially Steve Ross, was extremely diligent in helping resolve the issue, and worked with the tire insurance company on my behalf for over a week. As a result I received new tires and wheels providing me the confidence that the car is road worthy and that my saftey was a priority for Bernardi Audi. Bernardi Service has taken as good care of me as Bernardi Sales did when I bought my Audi here. This is an excellent company. Thanks for all the thought and care Steve and Christine.
