My 2003 A4 started overheating. I brought it into Bernardi Audi for them to investigate. I dropped it off at about 730pm and was expecting to have to use the drop box. I was surprised to see that someone was still at the Service desk ready to accept my car. He introduced himself as Kevin Greene, and promised they'd look at it in the morning and get back to me. He also mentioned a free timing belt inspection that they'd also do. I received a call the next morning that the problem was a broken thermostat that needed to be replaced. In addition, they saw that the timing belt was loose and cracking and should be replaced, so I told them to do that as well. Kevin promised the car would be done the next day by noon. I got a call the next morning confirming it would be done by noon and I could plan on picking it up. I showed up about 1130am just as the tech was finishing a test drive. He saw that it was still overheating and needed more time to troubleshoot. Kevin was very apologetic and immediately made arrangements for a free loaner car to get me back on the road. I had the keys and was on my way in about 10 minutes. Kevin called later and said the water pump had failed and they needed to replace it as well. They did so and I picked up my car the next morning. My car is now running better than it ever has. The combination of new timing belt and water pump made a great improvement in the smoothness of the engine. Kevin was very friendly, professional, and responsive. It was a great pleasure working with him. He made sure my experience was top notch, and that I was regularly updated. He went the extra step with the loaner car so I wasn't stranded even though he didn't have to. In addition to Kevin, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional - the person that provided the loaner car, the other Service reps, even the cashier. I read some of the negative reviews about Benardi and don't see how they could be true. I've worked in customer service for 25 years, know what great service is, and I received great service. It is not possible with the mindset, culture, and attitude at Bernardi from them to do everything possible to make sure their service goes above and beyond expectations. Bernardi Audi, and specifically Steve Shenouda, gave me an unbelievable deal on my brand new 2008 A6. They didn't play games, which was key in my opinion. Within an hour of my visit, I was the proud new owner of a car. They were friendly, straightforward and professional. Great experience. Would highly recommend them. More
I had my Audi in recently for a 60,000 mile check-up and found the service department to be friendly. When Steve explained what would be done, he explained it well. The service and support I recieved from this dealership concerning the recent service I had done to my Audi was well above my expectations. Since my car was under repair, it was very thourough of them to make sure all my maintenance was up to date so that I would not have to bring my car in more than once. I own a 2006 A4 and was having a problem with paint coming off the center caps on the wheels that cover the lug nuts. The silver paint came off completely down to the yellow primer in some of the area coming off the center caps on the wheels that cover the lug nuts. I was furious when this occurred considering the car was not even quite 2 years old and I was worried the dealer would try to figure out a way of making me pay for the replacement of all four which are $53 each. I brought the car in for inspection and to my surprise, the Service Manager, Christine took one look at them and told me she would take care of it without any further issue even though it was not a warranty item. Kevin Greene was also very helpful throughout the process. The dealer only had 3/4 in stock. They replaced 3 and agreed to ship the other one to my home address at no charge as I live down in the South Shore and it would not have been convenient for me to drive back up to Natick. It was nice to have a dealership handle this issue with the overall client delight experience being top priorty. I have no doubt that many other dealers would have looked past future business for many years to come and had me absorb the $212 replacement. Some dealers claim to put the client first, but many fall short of this promise when actually tested. When my lease is up next year, I will definitely get my next car from them again. Although Bernardi is not the closest Audi dealership to my home, I believe they are worth the trip to get outstanding service. Looking forward to the all-new 2009 A4. More
I have always hated the process of buying a car. Before I went into the dealership I called and spoke with TJ. He made me feel very comfortable, more like a person than a reason to make a profit. When I got to the dealership he put me in touch with Kevin McCarthy. I felt through the whole process that Kevin was knowledgabe, polite and HONEST! When I was in a quandry about 4wd vs. front wheel, which would have required my purchasing a more expensive car, they did not push the higher priced vehicle. We weighed the pluses and minuses together and decided front wheel drive would serve my purposes. That was refreshing. I have always felt car dealers try to get me to buy more car than I want or need. They also notified me of an incentive they had received on a couple of cars which would save me additional money. When I dropped off my old car, Kevin came and picked me up so that I could pick up my audi. I have never had a sales person go over the car so thoroughly upon pick-up. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and the Bernardi experience. More

I years past I was always skeptical of the higher prices dealers often carried, but the Audi Care that is included with my lease that hasn't been a problem for me. When I first reviewed the previous entries, I was a bit concerned about taking my A8 in for routine service. I am a recent transplant from DC and Bernardi was close by. I have to tell you, I've never had a better car dealership experience in my life. I have owned a handful of luxury brand cars and I love my A8. My recent visit was spectacular. The Service Manager, Christine was extremely knowledgable about the brand and actually cared (she thanked me for coming in and asked if the advisor answered all of my questions). My advisor George was very professional and communicated with me the whole step of the way. They had the car for a day and I was given an Audi loaner even though I didn't buy my car from them. Every employee that I encountered was polite and extremely nice - George was busy on the phone when I arrived for my car but Kevin was more than happy to help me. These days we all forget (even in my business) that the people are the greatest asset. Bernardi has figured that out. They have this saying "Bernardi for now and Bernardi for Life". So far they got me. Well done. More
