The best customer service! Bought new Q7 Was negotiating with Ross until late Thursday evening. Drove my new Q7 away next day at 4pm. Ross was very knowledgeable, couldn't be more helpful, an Was negotiating with Ross until late Thursday evening. Drove my new Q7 away next day at 4pm. Ross was very knowledgeable, couldn't be more helpful, and is an all round nice guy. I had to send him back to his boss Tim a few times to work on my trade-in value - which was tough against a much in demand Q7 right now but we reached an agreement, shook hands, and signed the papers. I'd recommend Ross to anyone and would certainly recommend the Q7. It really is beautiful car.. More
