I had already test driven the vehicle at another dealership, so we handled all of the details virtually over the phone and through e-mail which could not have been easier or more efficient. Picking up the car in person was seamless and I was very impressed by the outstanding customer service and care from start to finish with Douglas. He was friendly, honest, patient and knowledgable throughout the process and best of all - no surprises. The dealership also took excellent precautions for COVID safety - masks, glass at the desks etc. This is the first of many Audis I expect to drive from Douglas and this outstanding dealership. More
