Car was not completed when I came to pick it up. Waited an hour for my car to be ready and it was not washed. I wish I could give a higher score because it's a beautiful facility and the staff was very friendly. However, they told me my car was ready one night, when I came the next morning they said it wasn' beautiful facility and the staff was very friendly. However, they told me my car was ready one night, when I came the next morning they said it wasn't ready yet with no explanation. They did what they had to do to make it right (drove me home, delivered the car later) but it was a waste of almost an hour. Then when the car arrived to me, a safety system malfunction light was on that wasn't there before which resulted in another waster hour. Only 1 of the 2 recalls was completed so after all that I still have to go back. Again, the staff were friendly and helped where they could but just seemed like an unorganized operation..I hope as they settle into this new facility they take customer feedback to make things better. More
