He was responsive to our questions, patient in working through the options (first on our A4 and then on the A7), followed up right away to answer questions and look into issues we raised, and then took the time to make sure everything was done properly during the hand-off and that I was thoroughly educated on the A7’s capabilities. In sum, Ivan is a real asset to the dealership and would certainly be the reason we would return to Classic Audi for cars in the future. More
