The support (sales & service) is the best I've experienced over the past 15 years (I don't feel like I'm being sold and the service support has made life a lot easier) so I'll continue to consider Audis as long as I can buy through Classic Audi. Ironic and no pun intended, but "First Class!" I was poking around CT and NY for a CPO Audi SQ5 and stumbled across one at Classic Audi. I decided to call in and was immediately put in touch with Carlos and his team. They, without flinching, went out to the vehicle multiple times to answer my question one by one. Questions that saved me a trip to New York. Questions like, are there any dings or dents, scratches, any sign of curb rash, leather condition, tire wear, etc. They always said they would call back within 10-15 minutes and always called back within that window! We quickly and comfortably negotiated a very fair deal. I met Carlos and Steve a couple of days later. I honestly thought I would be disappointed with the car upon inspection because it seemed to good to be true. The car, the dealership, and the sales team; really exceeded my expectations. I had an unreasonably small window and they were able to accommodate and had my wife and I in and out inside of an hour. I highly recommend this dealership. They get it! More

Audi brand specialist, Carlos Nazario, walked my wife and me, through all the models and offered a detailed description of the benefits, and pros and cons, of each and single model that fit our lifestyle.
