What a Car Buying Experience Should Be! Ivan and Classic Audi made it so easy for us to purchase a car! We shopped around all over NYC from Queens to Brookyln to even LI. Other dealers ether Ivan and Classic Audi made it so easy for us to purchase a car! We shopped around all over NYC from Queens to Brookyln to even LI. Other dealers ether did not have the car we wanted or had issues with customer service or had outrageous dealer fees($1400?). Ivan and Classic Audi were up front about pricing and fees, they were also very accommodating. I would gladly travel 30 miles out of the way and pay the tolls to work with Ivan and Classic Audi again. More

Bait and Switch This is my third Audi. I called up the service center this morning, and asked to have my car serviced. I was told I could come in at 10:30. So far This is my third Audi. I called up the service center this morning, and asked to have my car serviced. I was told I could come in at 10:30. So far so good. The woman on the telephone told me that there would be no charge because it was my first service for 5,000 miles. When I came in, however, (a half hour drive) I was told that I did not qualify for the free first service because of how long I owned the car (about 2 years). This is so even though they knew precisely how long I had the car because I bought the car from the dealership. Instead they said the cost would be $400. I felt like there was a bait and switch. I asked for my keys back and left. Not a good way to treat a long time Audi customer. To the dealership's credit, once I complained, they immediately responded and took corrective action. They invited me to bring my car back and honored the promise of free service. Now, that is the proper way to provide good service. More

Ivan is not your typical salesperson If you are buying an Audi, you should absolutely speak with Ivan at Classic Audi. After meeting several salespeople at various dealers, I can honestly If you are buying an Audi, you should absolutely speak with Ivan at Classic Audi.
