Efficient, Easy Buying Experience Ross did an outstanding job. We knew the car that we were interested in when we walked in the door and I had communicated with Ross about the car and Ross did an outstanding job. We knew the car that we were interested in when we walked in the door and I had communicated with Ross about the car and us coming-in to see it in advance. He kept in-touch and had the car ready when we arrived. We test drove the car and had a deal done less than 30 minutes later. It was the most efficient experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Ross is straight-forward and never tried to "up-sell" us. Honestly, it was our last stop of the day and we were so drained by visits to other dealerships that we had almost called it quits before going to Westchester Audi. I'm glad we didn't. More
