She is professional, knowledgeable and efficient and greets you with a smile! There is a reason I keep coming back to Classic. I've bought five Audis from this dealership primarily because the aftercare its so excellent. They have never failed me and make the experience of owning an Audi a pleasure. In my most recent visit, Joanna made sure to get my car through the service and recall check as quickly as possible so I could get away quickly. I hadn't requested a loaner and the anticipated wait time was 3 hours. I was out in an hour and a half. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you! Linda Field More

He was very patient, courteous and helpful in finding me the car I wanted with features and colors and all that. I admired that he was not pushy or aggressive. Negotiating the price was easy. However what truly stood out for me was how he handled a problem that I had with the car that I had in the first week itself. Rather than pawning me off to the service department, he actually came himself picked up my car, made sure the service department handled it as a priority item. I wished Audi had better quality control but other than that Clive did an exceptional job as a sales person. Truly outstanding in this day and age.... More
