As with any successful business our goal is to give our customers the best experience possible. Clearly, we failed and for that I apologize. As for the pricing, there have been times in the past where a Q7 could have fit your budget. Unfortunately, current programs, lack of 2015 inventory and the heavily equipped Q7 we priced for you, caused your price range to be out our reach at this point in time. Additionally, Ross made the error of quoting you a lease for 15,000 miles per year not the 12,000 you indicated you preferred in your comment. Rest assured, we try to sell as many cars as we can so if we could have found a Q7 that fit your budget, we would have. Tim, I appreciate your timely response. However the matters expressed in my review were not addressed. For example, I stated my budget was $650.00 and I'm interested in the Q7 fully loaded. In your response, you indicated Ross made an error in the price quote for 15,000 miles and not the 12,000 that I requested. How can you tell that the price difference would NOT be in my budget. Why not offer other options, you do sell other Audi vehicles? Are you saying that a monthly lease fee of $650.00 does not qualify me for any vehicle at Classic Audi? I highly doubt that. Nevertheless thanks again. I will further make a corporate complaint. The customer service I received is very unsatisfactory. Nathaniel Brazil

Hi Nathaniel, In my conversation with Ross yesterday he stated that he did offer you an alternative choice (a 2016 Q5) and that the price would be well under your budget. However, he confirmed your statement that you were only interested in a Q7 and not in any of our other vehicles. After you told him that you only wanted a Q7, he respected your wish and did not try to pressure you into another vehicle that would not have met your needs. Upon reading your initial comment, I calculated the price difference between a 12,000 mile/year lease and a 15,000 mile/year lease for the vehicle in question and it would only have reduced the payment $29/month.
