Amazing service experience. I was supposed to get a loaner car but the loaners check engine light came on so they asked if I wanted to wait for another loaner or they could pick up my car and get the s loaner car but the loaners check engine light came on so they asked if I wanted to wait for another loaner or they could pick up my car and get the software update installed and return the car to me ASAP. I opted for the latter and it worked out great. They picked up my car at 11am and returned it to me at 1pm and They even detailed the car for me so I was very happy. My only complaint was that when they returned the car to my house there was a empty bottle of Gatorade in the center console and I wasn’t happy that someone was drinking in my car. That said they didn’t spill anything so it’s all good. More
