However, it is the wonderful staff at Classic Audi that keeps me coming back! Starting from the exceptional Melissa Deitmaring who has helped me in so many ways throughout the years and connected me with the General Manager, Tim Shishko to the very special Ivan Boros ~ the entire process was great! This was the first time that I was “flying solo” in ending a lease and acquiring a new one. Tim guided me through the ordering of my new A4 a number of months ago in order to ensure that I could get a manual transmission with the preferred packages, color, etc. They are harder to come by! Tim was professional, reassuring and provided me with the necessary experts on staff ~ product specialist and financial officer. When I picked up my new 2015 A4 last week, Ivan Boros was there and spent a very long time with me. He is a man of great patience and knowledge! Prior to the pick-up, Ivan took care of everything for me. He made important changes to the new registration and interfaced with my insurance company on my behalf. He anticipated my concerns and was most accommodating. When you are dealing with a high performance car and a high-end brand and spending a good deal of money on a car you do expect excellent service, but the staff at Classic Audi, once again exceeded my expectations!
