Awesome experience picking up my 2014 A4 Premium Plus MT6, Brian was extremely helpful over the phone, and ensured everything went smooth. I and a friend inquired over the phone about a CPO vehicle and negotiated with the salesperson. We came to an agreement finally and I was happy. So we notified that we would be there in 45 minutes to finalize and sign, which we did. At the dealership, we had one last look at the Q5 CPO and it looked good. So we went inside and began paperwork. I provided everything I needed, insurance card, financials and signed the financing form. Was given final approval for top tier financing at zero down. Everything was all set for me to come back at 7pm that evening to pick up the vehicle. They just said they needed to detail it and put on the plates and I was good to go. So I made arrangements to have someone take me there at 7. So I was leaving the dealership, when the salesperson stopped me and said "we have a problem." He said they car may have already been sold. I could leave and he would let me know later. He called back about an hour later and said someone else sold it that morning. I was mad that I wasted my time and the salesperson said "how do you think I feel, I wasted my time too." So he wanted me to have sympathy for him. I didn't. Now I can't let this go because I was totally mistreated and never given an apology. So I try to get a hold of the manager. I finally did that night...Brian Paige. He said a lot of things, like it was an internet sale that occurred overnight. Then he said it happened while I was on my way over, then he said "I don't have to disclose to you when the sale happened." Then he said he wouldn't have sold the car to me at that price anyway. SO WHICH IS IT??? All these stories, he should just pick one lie and go with it. Why did the dealership waste my time and have me come down there and sign everything and make me think I owned the car??? It's clear to me that they wanted to get a better deal for themselves and regretted offering me the price they did. NO INTEGRITY And guess what else? The car remained available for sale for days after. That's right....they didn't sell it to that "other sale." I know this because I had another friend call to inquire about the same car. I could write a whole other review on that...that guy confirmed that it had 3 new tires when my sales guy and Brian said all the tires were the exact same when I was concerned about one of them. Whatever. Oh, and Brian is soooo condescending on the phone. Talked to me like I was a child. Not apologetic at all and told me he was "offended" that I was critical of his dealership. Boo hoo. I know why he didn't apologize, it's because he didn't feel sorry at all. just wanted a bit more money and that's all that mattered. Didn't care if he was screwing somebody over. PLEASE ALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY....HE IS MORALLY BANKRUPT More

I got a Audi S5 few months ago from Brian and the leasing experience was incomparable. Brian was very professional and confrontational. The fact is Audi is not a cheap drive and like many other Audi lovers I did my homework and went to many different dealerships before I found Brian. Unlike many other Audi dealerships, Brian gave me a price that is closest to my research and explained all the possible options that would fit into my budget while retaining the stuffs that I am looking to get from Audi. My car came in with no surprise. It was exactly what I wanted and maybe exceeded my expectation in a way. It was a custom built and it definitely worth the wait. I love the experience that I worked with Brian and I would definitely recommend Brian from Classic Audi to anyone who's looking to get an Audi. More

I have experienced several problems with my new 2014 Audi, which required replacing side mirror switch in the first case and replacing rear view mirror and windshield in the second case. On both occasions, Joanna Bell was able to schedule next day service appointments for emergency repairs, offered me to use loaners cars, and, when I refused, arranged prompt rides to my home. During my first visit, she has completely waived repair fees due to a very minor delay in service completion time, so I did not pay anything for labor. The second time, Joanna made sure that Audi factory warranty completely covered all related fees, arranged next-day emergency visit from a windshield replacement contractor, expedited windshield re-order when the first windshield did not fit properly, and kept me posted throughout the entire process. She has also promptly answered all of my phone calls. Overall, Joanna has provided an excellent service, while being extremely courteous, efficient, friendly and professional. I use Classic Audi service department for ~12 year, and have recently purchased my third Audi. The friendliness and efficiency of Classic Audi service consultants throughout all these years have definitely contributed to my decision to replace my old Audis with new ones. More
We recently just received our New diesel Audi A6 and we cannot be happier than we are. Not only are we saving on gas, but the vehicle is more powerful then the previous model. Richard Bray was the one who kept us up-to-date with the status of our vehicle. The minute it came in he e-mailed me and told me that the vehicle was in and when did I want to pick it up. I felt that Richard provided great communication with us, and that is important! From helping Brian with the process and getting everything together to the day that we went it, the process was the smoothest I ever been through with getting a new car. When my husband and I went in to sign the paperwork, etc; he took the time in showing us everything about the vehicle features, and not only that but we didn't feel rushed and he wanted us to ask questions so that we can be as much comfortable with the new car as possible; that is a great feeling. I want to say that Richard is a great guy who took care of us and made sure that we were enrolled in all the features that the car offered, we didn't have to call anyone or do anything HE DID it ALL!....
