I never really look forward to buying a new car but I have to admit the process of buying my new A6 was reasonably smooth and stress free. Having bought quite a few new cars in my 48 years,I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had.Having worked around cars for 30 years I dont have patience for peop honestly say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had.Having worked around cars for 30 years I dont have patience for people in dealerships who know much less about cars than I do,or for cat and mouse games.But let me tell you, this was not the case at classic audi.I called Brian paige about a pre-owned a6 I found on the web and he was extremely honest and straightforward.No b.s.,and a nice guy to boot! I went in with realistic thoughts on my trade in and and on the new cpo and they more than met my expectations.Brian even payed for a speeding ticket i got while test driving my would be supercharged a6.SOLD! David the salesman is a really nice acomodating guy,straightshooter.You dont find people like this too often anymore.Do yourself a favor and try them out. We found Brian had moved to Classic Audi in Eastchester as the manager and we followed him here. Brian is a complete professional, empathetic and he cares about his customer's. Brian is sincere and honest and way different than the usual sleaze found at most car dealerships. Brian is the only reason we leased at Classic and he has our highest recommendation. More

Brian was amazing. I called him up and got a great price but when I was supposed to pick up the car a hurricane hit and everything got delayed. Brian brought me my new Q5 himself. This was an online out-of-state purchase (Atlanta-New York) and it couldn't have been more pleasant and seamless. They answered all questions timely and truthfully and provided exceptional customer service during and after the sale. The car was also purchased a few day before Hurricane Sandy... they took great care to secure the car during the storm, calm my concerns along the way, and deliver it to me after the storm cleared in flawless condition.
