Brought my 2 year old Q5 (which I purchased new from this dealership) in for inspection. It failed because it had a bad back up light. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part and said they had no idea whe dealership) in for inspection. It failed because it had a bad back up light. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part and said they had no idea when they would get it I followed up several times as they never followed up with me but they always said the part was still on back order. Eventually they stopped returning my emails and calls. Car has dat in my driveway for 9 months now since I can’t drive it without inspection sticker. Will never buy another car from these guys More
As always the repair, maintenance service is 5 stars, Samantha Diaz the service advisor is excellent. It’s very frustrating. There should be a better way. More
Amazing staff and a great experience every time! I have an older Audi thats not worth much, but I keep it since you can’t buy a manual transmission anymore. My experience with Classic Audi when there were located in Fleetwood was exceptional. After they moved to New Rochelle I’ve had my car serviced on three occasions and all three were horrible. My service in Fleetwood was exceptional. After they moved to New Rochelle I’ve had my car serviced on three occasions and all three were horrible. My service advisor seem like he was trying to make as much money off of me as he could. I just didn’t trust his advise so I asked if I could have another advisor and they did not replace him. I had two seals replaced in February that cost $875 and when I picked up my car the said that my car was still leaking oil but they would have to charge me $600 to investigate where the oil was coming from and then there was another fee to fix it. I refused and drove my car for two months before noticing that oil was leaking from the same place where I had them replace the two seals. I bought it back to Audi because the last service was under warranty and they explained that there was third seal in the same place where they replaced the last two seals that needed to be replace and it would cost $620 to replace. I was furious… They would have charged me $1300 to replace a seal and investigate if I said yes the first time but now they are charging me $620 for something that should have been noticed by the TRAINED technician the first time. I had them fix it because my time is valuable and got my car back the same day with oil still sitting on the top of the engine(messy work). After driving for 15 minute the check engine light comes on(for the first time ever). I pull over and call them to be advised to come in on Tuesday to get it looked at. As if I don’t need to work my 9-5 job so that they can steal more money from me. I took my car to my local machanic and he said they didn’t reset the computer. I will no longer get service from Classic Audi. More
