I had a terrible experience with this dealer. I walked in needing help with setting up an MMI remote doors unlock and was refused assistance. This is what happened: I called some nice gentleman, and he helpe needing help with setting up an MMI remote doors unlock and was refused assistance. This is what happened: I called some nice gentleman, and he helped me to verify my ID over the phone, next step was supposed to be completed in the dealership. I was invited to come any time and to finish the set up. I came same day, and was met by a sales representative, who told me that since I bought my audi not from their dealership, Classic Audi will NOT be able to assist me with any issues with my Audi neither at present nor in the future. I never was treated like that before. I will never service my car at this dealership or will come to this dealership to buy a new car. This dealer is a disgrace for Audi brand. More
