A nightmare situation for us. I took my vehicle to this dealership on 6/30/23 because I was having issues with the car stalling when it's idling with the air conditioner on. They performed a service that I did not request. A 115,000 mil was having issues with the car stalling when it's idling with the air conditioner on. They performed a service that I did not request. A 115,000 mile service. My car only had 92,734 miles on it. The service had already been performed on it four months earlier. I picked my vehicle up on 7/29/23 and drove it home only to realize that they had not fixed the issue. I went back and forth with these inexperienced people only for them to tell me what they thought it could be.They stole $1581.82 from me and I am still unable to use my vehicle. I filed a complaint with the BBB and of course the dealership did not respond. I will not give up until I get a full refund from this despicable, dealership. We need to start a boycott against dealerships such as this. They steal our money and give us lousy service and we let them. I work too hard for my money to make someone else richer. More
