Until he became my contact I had a lot of problems with service. I had my car detailed while there for a recall and service check up. My car was returned with everything in my car missing. From my console, my door and even my sun screen in the back seat! When they cleaned the inside they threw out all of my contents. Darrell tried to find everything but couldn’t and asked if they could compensate me. I told him not to because everything was a minimum cost. But some of it I still don’t remember what was lost. I love my Q5 but struggle with service. I’ll probably go back to BMW for my next car purchase since their service is superior More
