This dealer is my "local" Audi dealer. They had a vehicle in-stock I was interested in. I found this dealer to be slow to respond compared to the other dealers I was trying to work with. Sometime it would be over a business day before the sales rep responded to a question or request. They were also the least competitive on making a deal. It felt like they were so busy they didn't feel they needed me as a customer. I ended up at another dealer where I got a much better deal than anything offered from Audi North Austin. More

Audi North Austin is at the top of the list for me when it comes to service experiences at a dealership. Leo and his team (I worked with Eddie this time) provide top tier customer service, great communicat it comes to service experiences at a dealership. Each time I have gone in to see Leo and his team they have taken care of me better then I could have expected. I purchased a vehicle from Audi North Austin on 5/18/22. I am an Arizona resident and bought the car out of state. I was told by their finance director, Natalie Watson, that it would take 4-6 weeks to get m I am an Arizona resident and bought the car out of state. After the weeks passed, I called the dealership to get a status because the DMV in Arizona still hadn't received anything for my registration. No one called me back for two days until I finally reached out to the Audi corporate office for resolution. Audi North Austin uses a third party service, Dealer Docs LLC, for their out of state purchases. They didn't send any documents for my registration to Dealer Docs until June 30th, 43 days later--meaning they took no action on my documents for 6 weeks. I called Dealer Docs LLC on my own to find out they informed Audi North Austin on 7/7/22 that they needed a bill of sale and an Arizona emissions test in order to finish my registration. It is now 7/12 and no one from Audi has reached out to me to tell me of the additional items needed. My temporary plates expire on 7/17/22 and I am currently still in Texas taking care of sick relatives and cannot get back to Arizona until August 4th to get the additional documents. They are now not responding to me on how to get temporary plates to bridge the gap between my expired temp plates and the required emissions test. I suspect they did this so that I would not refinance my autoloan before they were paid on it. There are also other reviews online citing the same issue, and they are not out of state residents. Some people citing 100+ days to receive their registration. More

Corbin was great he helped in anyway he could and very unhappy appreciated their attentiveness. DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a Range Rover from them 2 months back and from the moment of sale closure, I had to follow up with them m customer service I have ever seen. My temporary registration is expiring in 2 days and am still following up with them to get my license plate. Tanner who was the sales rep was responding in less than 1 min before the sale was done and now he doesn't even care to respond. Stacy from their finance team is another night mare to deal with as she is always busy. Looks like the Store manager needs to take these reviews seriously. More
