Blanca sold me the audi and she tild me first oul change is free.... I went yesterday and i was told no. When speaking with her she lied to me and said no that I had to pay. So I did I wasnt going to fight is free.... I went yesterday and i was told no. When speaking with her she lied to me and said no that I had to pay. My 2018 Audi Q5 was making a strange noise, so I decided to get it checked out at Audi North Miami for the first time since my local Audi didn’t have any availability for that weekend. I usually frequent Au to get it checked out at Audi North Miami for the first time since my local Audi didn’t have any availability for that weekend. I usually frequent Audi Ft. Lauderdale and have never had a bad experience. However, this time around I can truly say was the first time I was extremely let down by Audi. They did fix the issue the car was having, but unfortunately my car was not taken well care of in other ways. When I picked up my car it was very dusty and dirty inside as if the windows had been open while in the body shop. Several adjustments in the vehicle had been moved around such as the front passenger’s headrest being completed up with white stains all over the black leather seats. The white stains appear to be a dust or residue of some sort. I am aware that these things can happen while in a body shop, but would have expected the car to have been wiped down prior to pick up as I did not bring the car into the shop in that condition and as a result had to clean up after them. As I kept analyzing my vehicle I then realized something very disturbing. My Beats wireless headphones were missing from the middle compartment. It never occurred to me to remove them as I have never had any issues at Audi Ft. Lauderdale and truly did not expect something like this to happen at an establishment like Audi. I then brought this to the attention of Luis Pagani (Audi Service Advisor) who answered my text by advising me what I was saying is simply not possible as the technician only worked on the front axel and the tires so he would have had no reason to enter my vehicle. Needless to say I found that response to not only be dismissive but condescending as I am well aware what was fixed on my vehicle. I also could not make sense of this seeing as the car had to have been driven to and from your garage while under your care. I am a proud owner of an Audi Q5 and a loyal customer, for those reasons I have recently leased a 2020 Audi A4. To say I am extremely disappointed not only by the service but by the way it was handled after the fact is a huge understatement. More
