They were entirely professional and friendly. The salesman made it easy to see and purchase a car while I was in Connecticut. They had a perfect car. Exactly what I was looking for. My brother was able to pick up the car so it will be at the house when I return in January. What they did not do was detail the inside of the car. The white upholstery is soiled and should come clean easily. I was glad it hadn’t been detailed before I saw it. You can see what kind of shape it’s really in. However the salesman said it would be detailed before it was picked up. It was not and I was not in a position to get them to do it. I actually don’t mind doing it my self. BUT! I would expect a first class dealership to do what they say. Detaining should be no big deal at such a large dealership. More
