The dealership did not have my vehicle ready as promised even after I put down a $500 payment to reserve the vehicle 10 days before purchase. They were given my flight details and provided an Uber to pick m even after I put down a $500 payment to reserve the vehicle 10 days before purchase. They were given my flight details and provided an Uber to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership I had to wait 20 minutes for the salesman to arrive in the vehicle, during that time not one other salesperson even approached me or offered assistance. The dealership offered me $300 to pay for an overnight stay to cover the hotel expenses. I had to pay for the hotel myself with the understanding that i would be reimbursed. This was July 1st and to date, August 12th, I have not received that payment. The salesperson stated he could not show me any functions of the vehicle and sent me a video to help me understand the vehicles operations. Not at all satisfied with this dealership and will not return to it or refer anyone to it. More
