Tools car in for a problem with oil. They claimed it was fixed was charged $400 plus. Problem kept recurring. Took car back they state now an engine problem with cost of $6000. No more Audi or business with fixed was charged $400 plus. Problem kept recurring. Took car back they state now an engine problem with cost of $6000. No more Audi or business with this dealership. Should be refunded my $400 that I paid for problem that was not fixed. More

I was disappointed the loaner i requested was not available so the dealership called me lyfts all afternoon to my various appts which was fair but inconvenient and a hassle for me.
