Horrible experience. I drove by Saturday concerned because a part of my vehicle was dragging underneath my car. I was very concerned because I did not want to have any further damage the more I drove because a part of my vehicle was dragging underneath my car. Understandably due to the holiday weekend I was unable to get my car serviced for this and other maintenance necessary. Therefore, I made an appointment with Andy on Saturday for today (Monday at 1pm) and was told that I’d have a car ready for me as my car was going to be serviced for multiple repairs. I rearranged my entire plans for the holiday weekend including having a friend drive me around. Upon arriving Mr.Chang My service advisor did not look as if he knew there was an appointment for me. Once checking in he did not ask me what I was therefore or what was wrong but instead proceeded to look at the car and take photos as if it was for sure being checked in for servicing. After several minutes I was informed that there was in fact not an appointment for me today or a loaner vehicle ready. Despite explaining that a prior appointment was made for today there were no other options provided to rectify the miscommunication. I left still not having my car repaired. I am extremely disappointed as I have never been treated this way since both the purchase and multiple services done on my car in the past. Instead I was told I would have to be without a car since there are no loaners available and he then proceeded to request that I sign off on leaving my vehicle without having another vehicle as previously arranged. I declined as that was not was originally scheduled on Saturday. More

Went in for an oil change and anything that needed to be serviced under my warranty. Left with a $700 bill ($471 in labor) because of a service that was done without me asking for it. I told my service advi serviced under my warranty. Left with a $700 bill ($471 in labor) because of a service that was done without me asking for it. I told my service advisor to make any repairs or services if it’s under the warranty but I guess that information was disregarded. My past experiences have been good for the most part but definitely not this time and I just had to give my honest feedback for this last time. I left the dealership feeling robbed. More
