Worst service department! Save the troubles of buying an Audi here. Very disappointed with service center reps. Having an appointment set for service they make you wait over an hour for a loaner. After waiting for over an hour for your loaner they bring you a car that has bird xxxx and other feces. They then proceed to ask, “would you like us to wash it for you”?
