Communication horrible, I work in healthcare the Corona virus has us busy They called me and did not get me, but never texted like in the past. I had many great experiences but this time was not up to pa virus has us busy They called me and did not get me, but never texted like in the past. I had many great experiences but this time was not up to par. I was charged $120 for missing a call That could have been avoided if I was sent a text when they didn’t get a call back from me. I have been working 14-15 hours a day. I was going to return to complete my repairs but I will go to another Audi next time ... it also took a week to find out what was wrong with my car I had to call my advisor to get an update When I brought the loaner back I called an hour and a half before to say I’m on my way and still when I got there my car was not there. I stressed that I have get back to my patients. More

Current level of care pales in comparison to the stellar service from 2 years before. Back then, any staff member would bend over backwards to help you or find someone to help you.
