Horrible Came in for 15k service, they wanted to charge me an incorrect rate, far more expensive than the correct amount. Dropped off vehicle Tuesday at 1: Came in for 15k service, they wanted to charge me an incorrect rate, far more expensive than the correct amount. Dropped off vehicle Tuesday at 1:30 PM and requested a loaned, could not provide a loaner. Car should have been ready Tue at 6 PM. Informed them I have no problem picking up vehicle the next day (Wednesday Morning). Current it is Friday, (4 days have passed) and they continue to tell me my vehicle is not ready and excuse is that current technicians are working on big projects. For a simple 15k service (oil change, pollen filter and mount/balance and alignment) is unacceptable. Specially for a $1,500+ price tag for such service. Would no recommend. More
