Bad customer service I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER DAN MINNER Audi north miami by mistake bought the car that I am leasing from aud I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER DAN MINNER Audi north miami by mistake bought the car that I am leasing from audi financial and still have almost one more year to go , they call me to let me know that I have to bring the car back to them because now they own the car, I went there to understand exactly what was happening and they try to sell me another car, I didn't agree with the offer they gave me so I left . Next day I called audi financial to understand how that happened, I had a lease and audi just ended like that without my athoruzation or signature so it was illegal what they did , they told me to bring back the car to them because I don't own the car anymore , and that's exactly what I did , at that point I wasn't exactly sure of what was happening , knowbody took the time to really explain me. I went there to drop off the car and the manager of the location DAN MINNER gave me the worst customer service I've ever had , although it was their mistake he just came to me he raise his voice and told me that he was going to sue me and tow away my car if I drop it off, without even talking to me or explaining me the situation. One of his sales person was the one who actually treated me like a customer he took the time to explain me exactly what happened, it was 100% their mistake and I guess for DAN MINNER it was a waste of time to explain to a customer what happened . They bought my car by mistake , they try to sell me a new one , they told.me.to return the car I left my job to 2 times to deal.with their mistake and then I have to deal with someone like this manager , he shouldn't be in charge of anything ... More
