Service always delivers more than the expectation Made an appointment to get my vechicle alligned but forgot to mention I also needed to replace all four tires. I showed up that morning, realizing my error and immediately informed my Service Advisor of my oversight. If that wasn't enough I am very particular about my tire brand and was fairly certain that the Service Department didn't stock my particular tire. It was no problem for my Service Advisor Alberto. He immediately checked his inventory and confirmed that my requsted tire was not on hand. He then checked tire recomendations for my vechicle and aggreed that the tire I was requesting was indeed the best choice based on my driving habits. He gladly ordered the tires and expected my A6 to be available for pick up by the following aftternoon. Needless to say I was both happy and relived with this time frame given my oversight. To my suprise Alberto called me later that same day to inform me that my car was already complete. To have to order parts and still complete the work that same day is not just impressive its unheard of. Thank you Alberto Reyes and thank You Prestige. More
