At the time of my phone call, my service advisor Cristina Diaz immediately reserved a loaner and paved the way for a fast turnaround on the suspected issue, plus, I added the first annual service since it was imminent anyway. From the moment I arrived in the towtruck to the moment I departed Prestige in the loaner was probably less than 10 minutes. The coolant level issue plus the annual service and a super carwash was completed in one day. An unambiguously excellent response to the problem. More
