Integrity and Trust Integrity and trust two words I would use to describe the Prestige Imports Audi Service team. Most recently my A6 was in for a routine service. After Integrity and trust two words I would use to describe the Prestige Imports Audi Service team. Most recently my A6 was in for a routine service. After dropping it off I received a call from my Service Advisor, Alberto Reyes; Alberto informed me that a service light I reported assuming I had a low coolant level was actually due to a failing thermostat. I explained to Alberto that I had experienced this problem once before (while my car was under warranty) and had the thermostat replaced. Alberto searched my service history and found this was indeed the case. Although the part was no longer under warranty from the factory Prestige Imports still chose to cover the replacement of the thermostat and the labor involved. You need to either be a “Rocket Scientist” or have a Service Team you trust in order to work on automobiles in this day and age. The integrity showed by Alberto Reyes and the Service Team at Prestige Imports gives me great confidence and trust in MY Service Specialists. More
