Great as usual Service was quick and painless, as usual. Richard, the service manager, welcomed me as I pulled up and asked what I was there for. He said a 5000 mi Service was quick and painless, as usual. Richard, the service manager, welcomed me as I pulled up and asked what I was there for. He said a 5000 mile service was quick and he could get me out in an hour. Diana checked me in, offered me coffee, and wrote up the paper work. Needless to say I was out of there in one hour! Gene Elperin is an excellent and patient salesman, Richard Llanes (Audi Service Manager), Luis Pagani (My Service Advisor for years) and Max Voytenkov (Finance).... always make you feel welcome and part of their family. It takes a great group of people to build and keep a great company and Prestige Audi has one for sure! More

Like No Other This was by far the best purchasing experience of a luxury vehicle I've had. Even though I did not have an appointment, we walked right in and receive This was by far the best purchasing experience of a luxury vehicle I've had. Even though I did not have an appointment, we walked right in and received the high level of service you expect from Prestige. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us a sales person on such short notice. She offered water or other items to drink and suggested that I look around the cars in the lobby in the mean time, which I did. Once we met Margarita Pochtovaya, I was relieved at her warmth and sincerity. I've been leasing vehicles now for 12 years and I've dealt with my share of sleazeballs and sharks and I knew right away she was Grade A. She took the time to sit down with me and ask me about my interests in engine, trim line, additional features, etc. I had a very specific car in mind and she knew right away what would satisfy me. We ended up only looking at 3 vehicles because I'll admit, I am a very picky customer so options were few. After narrowing it between two, we sat back down and she helped me analyse and compare the difference between the two and determine which car best suited my needs. When she realized that I was slightly disappointed that I did not have one particular feature (rear sensors), she suggested I can have them installed if I was willing to bring back the car. The cost was insignificant. The feeling that I made the right choice at Prestige, that was priceless. I knew I was in good hands. I also have to commend our Finance Manager Robert Rico Jr. He was fantastic explaining every form I was signing and answering every question I had, and trust me there were plenty. He took care of re-ordering my lost registration sticker (saved me a trip to the tag agency) and assisted me with transferring my specialty tag. He also confirmed that since my other lease was a VW Jetta, I can simply return it to Prestige! Couldn't get any easier. He provided me specific instructions about the tag, which I did, and he was was professional enough to confirm with me even beyond normal business hours. It's difficult to find people that are this committed to their work. Lastly, Margarita followed up the following day to see how I was liking the car. She also confirmed that the rear sensors are on order and we would schedule the installation once they arrived (which we have for tomorrow 11/10 at 9 AM). At which point, we will also make arrangements and confirm with Robert in order to surrender the Jetta and transfer the tag. The entire process seemed effortless and I will certainly recommend Prestige to anyone looking for this level of customer service. Thank you. More
