Great experience I got to the store very early and Margarita was not only the first sales person to arrive but also didn’t waste a minute in coming to assist me. Super service Service had been great, the only issue i had was that i filled or an online service request, typed in a description of the work, selected my previous Service had been great, the only issue i had was that i filled or an online service request, typed in a description of the work, selected my previous service advisor (who no longer works there) and when i arrived the information wad not available to the service advisor assigned so i had to repeat the services needed. I was also not impressed with a 20 dollar shop fee for an alignment, that's a cheesy greedy profit move unbecoming the dealer. More

I bought my latest s5 2009 from you, I live in coral gables where the collection audi is no more than 5-10 minutes away from my home. I am faithful to people that are good to me and until now I always received the utmost respect, promptness and good service at prestige. I took my Audi s5 for routine maintenance and new tires to your dealership. The service and maintenance fees are always hefty but I don't mind. Unfortunately this time, your team crashed my car while in the shop and damaged the left quarter panel and rear bumper area of my car. Then the fun started. I was given different estimates on what had happened and each time it became more and more complex (the fixing of my car). It took a total of more than 4 weeks for my car to be repaired and even then it was not perfect in my opinion. This was a very frustrating experience for me. Throughout these times my service advisor was Edward Caceres. I have to admit that he is a decent man and he did the best he could under the circumstances but your service repair team was very inefficient and still left my car with some inequalities in the window adjustment as I mentioned it to Mr. Caceres. I am extremely upset at what happened, especially when your service and maintenance is so expensive. More
