Always satisfied Luis Pagani always makes my experience a pleasant one. I was due for a service check up. I happened to pop my tire in Thursday morning and was able to Luis Pagani always makes my experience a pleasant one. I was due for a service check up. I happened to pop my tire in Thursday morning and was able to get my car in as soon as it happened. They had a loner car available for me so I didn't have to waste any time at the dealership; I was in and out. They informed me about the total price up front, there were no tricks or hidden fees. The customer service is impeccable. The employees always have a smile on their faces and hold doors wide open. When I returned to pick up my car the following morning, my car had been cleaned and every problem was taken care of. I wasn't feeling to good so Luis offered me a drink. He brought me a sprite to bring my sugar level back up. Thank you for that! More

45,000 mile service Christina was great. The car was in service all week which was a surprise. Loaner was excellent. The big disappointment was that my "check oil" lig Christina was great. I had to stop at a parts store and buy a quart of oil. Seemed strange that I would not have adequate oil after the car had been serviced. Very disappointed. I called Christina and she was eager to correct the situation. I don't have enough time to return to the dealership again. More
