They make the up-most effort to make it personalized and to ensure that you are an important client for them, no matter the vehicle you are buying or leasing. I don't live nearby, but absolutely don't mind driving up to do business with Prestige Imports. I do expect to have a longer relationship with them, I just leased a new 2014 A4 S-Line with Black Optic package manual transmission and Quattro.. and delighted with the car. Service/purchased car I purchased my car from prestige audi and the car was in and out of service for the first few months 4 times for the same problem. I have had it fixed I purchased my car from prestige audi and the car was in and out of service for the first few months 4 times for the same problem. I have had it fixed at the collection and also here at prestige. Every time I went to the collection they were attentive and apologetic for my inconvenience. Prestige audi seem only worried about making money and telling me things I need to buy. (Including charging me 400$ for a scratch on their loaner car) I thought I would receive better service at prestige giving that I bought the car from them, but that was not the case and I will not be going back to prestige for any reason again. More

Car Service I did an appointment with Lilly and she said I would need to leave my car for 2:30 to 3:00 hours so I told her I would need a loane. I got an email co I did an appointment with Lilly and she said I would need to leave my car for 2:30 to 3:00 hours so I told her I would need a loane. I got an email confirmation saying I was scheduled on Wednesday June 11th 2014 at 4 pm with Alain Lorenzo and I was very clear that I would need a loaner. I showed up and Alain was not even aware of my appointment. He insisted until I showed him the email confirmation Lilly sent me. I waited for an hour - with my 1.5 year old there. There was no loaner available. Alain offered me to wait for my car but I couldn't because I had my baby with me. As there was no loaner he offered a rental but due to my insurance policy I had to pay extra coverage so I didn't take the rental, took my car and left. Alain called me to apologize but the truth is I wasted my time scheduling an appointment,driving there, waiting for an hour with my kid running around for nothing. Alain sent someone to pick up my car at my house but still the service was not so great. He asks me a couple of times if I could come pick up the car, to which I said no because he offered to pick it up at home and bring it back. I have been a Prestige customer since we arrived into Miami 3 years ago, and this is the first time I have such a bad experience. I am confident it won't happen again. Sincerely, Victoria Saife More

The Audi Service experience is just really good Customer service has gone from "as expected" to really beyond excellent in the time I owned my Audi. I have a BMW from Braman and a Mercedes from Bill Customer service has gone from "as expected" to really beyond excellent in the time I owned my Audi. I have a BMW from Braman and a Mercedes from Bill Ussery and used to have a Jaguar from the Collection. The customer service experience at Prestige Imports is by far the best, possibly thanks to Diana who has an amazing ability to make you feel special and well taken care off. I am about to buy another Audi which I probably wouldn't have done had it not been for the excellent service experience. More
