When I purchased my Audi A-7 in late 2012, due to the long commute from my home and office to the dealership, they agreed in writing to drop off a loaner car at my office and take my car into their shop when service was required. Now they have decided they can no longer fulfill that obligation because their lawyers don't like the liability. They should have sorted that out before I bought the car from them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
