Brought my Audi A4 in (without an appointment) because I thought that I needed air in one of the tires. Vernon Chang personally checked things out and found that I had a nail in the tire. Yelson Maradiaga was terrific and took great care explaining everything to me. The over all experience would have been perfect but the waiting of 45 minutes for a rental car was frustrating.
