Brought my Audi A4 in (without an appointment) because I thought that I needed air in one of the tires. Vernon Chang personally checked things out and found that I had a nail in the tire. Consequently, he r thought that I needed air in one of the tires. Vernon Chang personally checked things out and found that I had a nail in the tire. Consequently, he recommended that the tire needed to be replaced because the lack of air pressure had compromised the integrity of the sidewall creating a potential safety hazard. Yelson Maradiaga was terrific and took great care explaining everything to me. The over all experience would have been perfect but the waiting of 45 minutes for a rental car was frustrating. Then when picking my car up there was another 30 minute wait even though it was ready the afternoon before.
