I absolutely love coming to Prestige to have my vehicle serviced. From the moment you pull up you are greeted with friendliness and everyone is smiling and ready to help. When I realized my car had an is serviced. From the moment you pull up you are greeted with friendliness and everyone is smiling and ready to help. When I realized my car had an issue and that my warranty was expiring in two days I called Vernon and he immediately addressed my issue and told me to bring my car the next day and that I would be able to have a loaner or a rental...he was very quick to put my mind at ease and because of him I was able to have the service I needed in the time I needed it accomplished. He was courteous as always and efficient. Bringing my car in is always without issue and seamless. Vernon has exceptional customer service and he knows his business! He kept me informed, emailed and called with information pertaining to my car and was even kind enough to talk to a friend of mine regarding work that was needed. He is always pleasant and sociable while getting the job done. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and I wish I could hang out there more! I enjoyed the nice loaner and wished I didn't have to give it back! The work done on my car was awesome and I appreciate everything. I will have to move to LA later this year and honestly I am going to miss this dealership and the staff and particularly Vernon...he is the BEST! Thank you!! More
