I have been a customer of Prestige Audi since 2010. I originally leased an Audi A4 working with their Sales Specialist: Robert Rico. He was engaging, conscientious, and eager to answer every question that I had regarding the process. I was very satisfied with my experience, especially considering the fact that I was turning in a Nissan Altima that I had been financing previously and was hoping for the best value in the return. I was pleasantly surprised at the value they appraised for my vehicle. Ultimately, I was impressed with the patience that Robert had with me throughout the process with all of the questions I had about the entire process. So much so, that I just leased another new Audi A4 close to the end of my original term. I highly recommend Robert Rico and the entire Prestige Audi team. More
Service was preformed and came back to car and drove off and as i got home noticed my rear view camera was not working took it right back to dealer. They diagnosed the issue said it was the module waited 1 and as i got home noticed my rear view camera was not working took it right back to dealer. They diagnosed the issue said it was the module waited 1 week for module to get into dealership when product got into dealer they tried to install and rear camera still was not working waited another 3 days to get call back. Afterwards they tell me its a disconnected plug and replace plug and charge me more than 300 dollars for that. It dosent end there they passed my car through car wash and front bumper paint came off. They didnt help in reducing price for all the inconvience. And I think i should not have paid for something that was working when I brought into dealer. What a horrible experience I had. Will NEVER go to this dealership. More
