When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Frank Enzinna who was a a very friendly and personable individual. Finding the exact vehicle I was asking for was quick and thorough. Although price was not agreed upon originally, Yuri Shvartsman was quick to step in an even ground was agreed upon. While completing paper work and locking in the delivery of my car I was treated to lunch by Frank Enzinna. This seemed out of place for me, but I soon realized that this was business as usual for them. Frank realized that our dealings were well into the meal hour and he was ensuring that I was in no way uncomfortable. I returned the next the next day to pick up my car. My car was detailed and then I was showed the majority of the key features of the vehicle. I immediately realized their dedication to the customers when I inquired about somewhere to get my windows tinted. Frank made an appointment for me at a local shop for the next day. I simply dropped the car off at the dealership, they took in for me, picked it up, and called me when it was ready. I really enjoyed my experience with Prestige Audi and it's staff and would highly recommend them. More

We purchased thru the Costco Program. Tyler Smayda handled the initial contacts and was extremely helpful.
