Vernon chang goes far and beyond customer service. Vernon connects with his customers and develops a relationship, i enjoy his services when i come in. Dan Fox is the one who sold me my vehicle. I can not begin to describe and explain how much i appreciate dan for all that he has done for me, i will send anyone i know who is looking to buy a car to him. He is honest and fair. And most of all both of these gentlemen has kept in contact and followed up with me exactly when they promised too. Richard Llanes i have not personally delt with has far as my car is concerned but i want to specially thank him for the smiles and customer care that he shows when i or anyone i see comes in. He always sais hi and offers guest as they sit and wait. He has stood out the most and showed excellent customer service for me while i was waiting on my vehicle. Same as Valeria Machado, she is too sweet. Valeria always helps me when i come in if Vernon is not able or available. She is goes beyond her duty and ensures that im well taken care of before i leave. We dropped off our Audi Q7 on Thursday morning at 11am for a standard service and to have the turn signals in the bumper fixed. On Friday they called to say they needed more time, on Saturday we called th for a standard service and to have the turn signals in the bumper fixed. On Friday they called to say they needed more time, on Saturday we called them and they said it was a "short" day and no one was working on the car. On Monday they said they needed more time and we eventually picked up the car at 5pm Monday night as we were leaving town and the turn signals had not been fixed. They had the car 3 1/2 days and probably only worked on it a few hours. It's clear to me they didn't even look at the car until Friday and then decided to leave it for the following week. We've bought 2 cars from Prestige in the last 3 years, including a brand new Audi A7 last December, but after this experience we'll be using another dealership. More
Max and Gene were fabulous on the deal we did for my wife in December and that is why I returned to do my deal in April. #1 We went into Prestige initially to lease a car. The saleperson was terrible, so we left that morning and leased a car from the Collection. #2 Within 1,500 miles, we got a flat tire and called Audi Ro saleperson was terrible, so we left that morning and leased a car from the Collection. #2 Within 1,500 miles, we got a flat tire and called Audi Roadside Service. THIS IS THE PART WHERE PRESTIGE COMES IN... Evidently Audi Service pulls from the first available dealer, the Audi rep promised that a Roadside Service Tech would respond at 9:25am. They did not. Audi followed up and called me back, explaining the Technician will call when he is 10 minutes away. He called at 10:45am. Sooooo...there I am with a flat tire on a weekday morning (when I'm supposed to be at work) waiting for the technician for over an hour. Okay, so Evan arrives. Great guy, very helpful, very fast, very efficient. He suggests that he can take the rim/tire back to the Service Center for repair, and I can come pick it up. Evan calls for a price quote to a gentleman named Luis. The price is very competitive, Evan takes the tire. The next day, I drive into the Prestige shop to pick up the tire at 9am, Luis is there to greet me, everyone is very friendly, helpful, and nice. The coffee is great. Evan comes out of the service area to say hello...this is a very nice touch. So far so good. After about 10-15 minutes the tire and mounting is paid for, and Luis asks if I'd like a car wash. I ask him how long that it would take (again, I should be in the office) and he tells me that it won't take long. Okay. About 30 minutes later, I track down Luis to ask how much longer this carwash is going to take. He apologizes, finds out, comes back to me and tells me 10 more minutes. After 20 more minutes, I'm mad. I find Luis, he tells me that he is going to get the car himself and bring it up. About 10 more minutes, and Luis brings the car. NOT THE END OF THE STORY. Yesterday, I noticed my a license plate bracket in my trunk. Someone removed my Collection License Plate bracket and replaced it with a Prestige Imports License Plate bracket without asking me, telling me, or anything! What the xxxx is that?!?!? Are you kidding? Of course I'd never recommend this shady outfit to anyone; in fact, I'd recommend that Audi give a business man with some integrity the franchise. More
