diana, listened and then wrote down everything i explained to her. my q7 was having trouble with the radio and ac controls. they would sometimes freeze and or not function at all. technicians could explained to her. my q7 was having trouble with the radio and ac controls. they would sometimes freeze and or not function at all. technicians could not replicate this problem at prestige audi but i insisted that the problem existed and found the problem annoying. diana reach out to audi to find out that there was another vehicle that had the same problem. it was determined that the mmi board should be replaced. the car is functioning properly and the issue has been repaired. diana was integral in the repair and service process and i have thanked her for being so helpful. chris More
