Luis greeted me & after inspecting my A3 offered me coffee while he was checking-in my vehicle. He then let me know it would only take an hour for the services to be done. To my surprise just a few minutes over the hour my freshly washed A3 was ready. My total time from check-in to check-out & in my vehicle driving off was approx. 1.5 hrs.
