I appreciate that my car took two weeks to be fixed and I was able to retain a courtesy car the whole time. Not happy that the car keeps breaking down with less than 50k miles but the dealership has been fin was able to retain a courtesy car the whole time. My service advisor, Luis Pagani, takes care of me with perfection! He starts by having Valeria make an appointment with me according to my schedule. Valeria is always very professional and polite and so pleasant to speak to. She even contacts me a day or two before my appointment to make sure that time and date are still good for my schedule. When I arrive, Luis walks the car with me to make sure that he has all the details as to why I am bringing the car in for service. And he remembers all the work that has been done on my car off the top of his head, which always impresses me. Valeria then prepares and walks me through the paperwork if I have need for a loaner while my car is being worked on. Luis checks on everything before I leave and even helps me load my belongings from my car to the loaner. Luis was referred to me by Richard Llanes. Richard had worked with me on some issues with my car and my previous Service advisor right after my purchase. I greatly appreciated the time that Richard took to make sure I was satisfied and is one of the most professional and courteous Service Managers I have ever dealt with. I took his suggestion to work with another Service Advisor, and I have been grateful ever since. More

Right from the start she was very warm & welcoming & immediately made me comfortable. My car was in the possession of Prestige for a week & a day, & throughout that time frame Ms Giraldo had to have called me atleast 4 times to give me updates on the car's status.
